Welcome to MiscarriageandInfantLoss.com
'Remembering Babies in Heaven'

This web site was created to help families deal with miscarriage, stillbirth,
premature birth/death and death of an infant after a full term live birth. We
are currently reaching out to families who have a surviving sibling.

How I Remember Baby Cammie -
A storybook/workbook for young children-
This is a children's book that is written through the eyes and heart of a three year old child as she remembers her baby sister whom she never got to meet.  It is a storybook that also provides pages for your child to write and draw their own personal story using wipe off markers. The story does not tell exactly how baby Cammie dies so it can be adapted to any infant loss situation for your child. It is very "kid friendly' as it is illustrated by young children.

About the author- Diane Gammon has suffered five miscarriages as well as giving birth prematurely to Cammie Rose.  When she lost Cammie Rose, she had a difficult time finding a children's book to help her preschool aged children.  Working through her grief, she wrote; "How I Remember Baby Cammie." It is her dream to have this useful tool for families to use to help with their grieving process at no cost to them.  Her vision is to have the book distributed nation wide to be readily available to families in hospitals, doctors office's, children's libraries, etc. Thus- a memorial is being created in Cammie's name. Diane is a full-time mother and home schools her three living daughters; Celina-12, Cailie-9, and Chalyce- 3, whom she carried full term and gave birth to after five consecutive losses.

The Cammie Rose Gammon Memorial Foundation-
The Cammie Rose Gammon Memorial Foundation is being created to help families cope with miscarriage and infant
loss as a non for profit organization. At this point, the foundation will fund the children's book, "How I Remember Baby Cammie" and the newsletter, "The Feel Better Letter."  It will also make contributions to SHARE, the national support network for miscarriage and infant loss.
