When I was 14,
Carl a youth group volunteer, began meeting with me three times a
month for a time of friendship discipleship. To this day I consider
these times the greatest contribution to the foundation of my
Christian walk. For three years the nurturing consistency of a good
example of Christ mixed with basic bible studies was revolutionary to
me. My goal is to develop and execute discipleship strategies that
can be effectively implemented and duplicated. This challenge
give adult leaders the chance to equip teens and teens a chance to be
discipled."

The Bible tells us in Philemon 1:6 that we know Christ better the more
we share him. A top priority in ministering to teens is to motivating
and equipping to reproduce spiritually. This experience helps them
grow in Christ. Teenagers become transformed when they are exposed to
Holy Spirit life changing situations and trained in practical methods
relevant to their environment. I enjoy influencing others to realize
that God wants to use them in His harvest. It's a big fat lie that we
should be sheepish in sharing Christ with others. There are so many
creative-witnessing avenues to explore. The issue is not personality,
but spirituality.
Sharing Christ is exciting!"

cd with his friends. The outline is from the “Here
To
Heaven” gospel tract he and his brother Dan wrote.
