This is where it’s at. 

            If you could just somehow familiarize yourself with God’s word, more than you have in the past, I guarantee you will grow.  It’s because God’s word will not return void as mentioned in Isaiah.  Furthermore, in Romans, Chapter 10, we learn that faith comes by hearing the word of God.  That’s not just limited to first time faith or an evangelistic situation.  The word of God is contagious and outrageous and always multiplies upon itself.

You need to be a coach of what comes in your head.  You can decide what you listen to, what you see and what you hear to a very high degree.  Of course, some things will come whether you want them or not.  But you can put yourself in the right situations.  You can take the initiative and you can literally set yourself up to the kind of input that your brain is going to sponge and absorb.

How you can familiarize yourself with biblical truths in an easier way?  And better yet, how can those verses then be literally rehearsed in your life.  This is the goal and this is the challenge. 

Even right now, Satan is poking at the back of your head or your doubt is telling you this can’t be true, it’s too hard.  I need to reinforce that it is easier than you think and even if it wasn’t easier, it’s more worthwhile to put in hard work for familiarizing yourself with God’s truth. 

The greatest teacher in the universe is ready to reveal the greatest stuff in the universe personally to you.  With practice, you got more comfortable and with more experience you got confidence and confidence is what God wants to give you when it comes to knowing His word.  

        So, having assessed that there is a need in our life for more of God’s truth proceed in active faith by the grace of God to see what methods are best to letting His word be hid in our hearts.
